OFC Land Ltd is a private company and was formed in 2011. The company owns two areas of communal land at Old Farm Court (OFC), the South Courtyard at Old Farm Court, New Salts Farm Road, Shoreham By Sea, BN43 5FE, which adjoins nine of the OFC freehold properties being numbers 1 to 8 and Latham Lodge. In addition it owns the entrance to the South Car Park.

Old Farm Court also consists of freehold property numbers 9 to 14, which are positioned on the North side of Old Farm Court.

Our Land

OFC Land Ltd purchased its land from the Crown in January 2012. The land was previously owned by the developers of Old Farm Court, being Rayford Properties Ltd. Rayford Properties Ltd was disolved in 1999.

OFC Land Ltd has no legal obligation to maintain the land it owns and currently does NOT do so .

If you are a looking to buy a freehold property at Old Farm Court you should seek legal advice to see if your solicitor and mortgage lender are content that there is NO maintenance regime.

Could OFC property owners please note that Pets are not allowed on the communal land. There is no covenant within your OFC freehold property title deeds that allow this on the communal land.
